Ingredients:
Each Capsule Contains Chicory Inulin Fibre (Fructo-Oligo-Saccharide), Soy Fibre, Citrus bioflavonoid, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell), Friendly Bacteria Complex*, Saccharomyces Boulardii (yeast), Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silica), Colour (Titanium Dioxide).* Bacteria Complex contains: L. Casei, L. Rhamnosus, L. Acidophilus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, L. Plantarum, B. Breve, B. Longum & B. Bifidum. (L.= Lactobacillus & B.= Bifidobacterium)
Directions for Use:
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with food. Capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink.If you are taking antibiotics take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal. Continue for 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
