Directions:
Take 1 capsules daily (before a meal), with water, juice or milk. Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal or snack for 30 days. To help keep your digestive system in tip top condition, over the long term, you may continue to take 1 capsule daily on a regular continuous basis.
