The crude version of Avocado oil is a heavy, sticky oil that is very high in vitamins and minerals. It is particularly suited to weathered or mature skin.
The refined version is lighter and more versatile but less rich in nutrients. They are both ideally suited for use in facial blends or for adding to blends to boost the vitamin content.
