Absolute Aromas Palmarosa essential oil (also known as cymbopogan martinii), has a sweet, rosy like aroma and is pale yellow or pale olive in colour.

Antibacterial, Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, Astringent, Calmative, Digestive stimulant, Neurotonic.
Method of Extraction:
Steam distillation of the wild growing grass.
Direction:
- Try adding 5 drops of Palmarosa, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang and 2 drops of Sandalwood to 30ml of Peach Kernel Oil for a pampering body oil.
- To help aid relaxation after a stressful day, blend 2 drops of Palmarosa and 1 drop of Geranium in a teaspoonful of Sweet Almond Oil and swish into a warm bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes.
